NEW BOARD MEMBER APPOINTED

The Board interviewed two candidates for the vacant Board position (due to Ed Juengst's resignation) and has selected John Kiekbusch to finish the term ending December 2012. John was previously the Chairman of the Rules Compliance Committee and the Armed Forces Plaza Committee. The Committee Vice Chairmen will take over as Chairman - Bob Voccola for Rules and Bob Ewest for the Plaza.

POOL RULES

The rules regarding children's use of the pools has been revised for the periods at Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. The Board will also specify a "Spring Break " period each year, since that does not always align with Easter. At those periods, the allowed times for all children aged 2 through 17 be coordinated, however there is no increase in children's hours overall, and one pool or the other will still be child-free at any given time. The revisions are:

1. Children aged 8 years through 17 years must be accompanied by an adult, and are permitted to swim in the main pool at Eagles Nest only from 9am-1pm, and in the outdoor pool at Tuscany Falls only from 1-5pm.

2. During the designated holiday seasons of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and
Easter, children aged 2 years through 7 years may also use the specified main pool during the hours noted above. Holiday periods are defined as seven (7) days before through seven (7) days after the holiday. Other periods or times may be determined at the discretion of the Board or its designee.

HOA President John Spooler to Hold "Chats"

If you want the real facts about your community and the HOA, this is your opportunity to talk to the proper source. John Spooler, President of the PCHOA, will be presenting "Chats with John" starting March 16, 6:30pm at Eagles Nest Ballroom. John will highlight one of the community Department Directors at each session who will explain the operations of their respective Departments. He will also provide rumor control, information of interest to the community and take questions of general interest to residents.

He is also interested in resident input, constructive feedback and positive suggestions. "As we continue to grow as a community and necessary changes take place, it is important to enhance communications so residents have a fuller understanding of how the HOA functions," according to Spooler. Future "Chats with John" will take place about once a month. Watch for details to be announced.
